Billie Bryant Schultz, President & CEO of CESCO, Inc. reports a MEGA, multi-year done deal with Sustaining Member, Texas Instruments. In a five year deal, CESCO is providing managed print services including Xerox printing equipment, supplies and service.
Several years ago following a WBCS meeting, Billie talked with TI's Jeff McLaughlin, Director, IT & Service Procurement, about CESCO's managed print services. A follow-up conversation occurred at Harvesting Partnerships. At that time, Jeff provided the contact person at TI to schedule the first meeting.
"Jeff did not stop there, he remained engaged with a follow up meeting and continued to provide direction to make sure this was an inclusive project for WBEs," states Schultz.
This contract is a great model for utilizing two M/WBEs along with the manufacturer.
