The Women's Business Council - Southwest was pleased to attend the reception held at the Bill J. Priest Institute for Economic Development welcoming TC Broadnax, our new Dallas City Manager. The reception was jointly hosted by Dr. Joe May, Dallas County Community College District Chancellor, Rick Ortiz, President of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Gal Jumaoas, President of the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and Marnese Elder, President of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Broadnax shared his plans for collaboration and engagement with all constituents of Dallas.  Of particular interest to our chambers and business organizations were his remarks about opportunities for women and minority businesses in the city.
