Dorothy B. Brothers Executive Scholarship Program

Dorothy B. Brothers Executive Scholarship Program is a prestigious scholarship opportunity providing women business owners with up to $11,000 each in tuition to a WBENC approved executive education program.
Our community suffered a great loss with the passing of Dorothy B. Brothers in July 2002. Ms. Brothers was a supplier diversity and development executive, as well as a WBENC board member. The Dorothy B. Brothers Executive Scholarship Program was founded by Ms. Brothers.
Candidates should meet the following criteria for scholarship consideration:
- Must currently be certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by WBENC
- Must be the owner of the organization
- Must have at least 3–5 years of experience running a business
- Must employ at least three full-time employees
- Must maintain a minimum annual sales volume of $500,000 (the range is $500,000 to $50,000,000)
- Must not have recently attended an executive management program
- Must not have previously been awarded a Dorothy B. Brothers Scholarship
