Heather Herndon Wright, Director, Supplier Diversity for Energy Future Holdings (EFH) announces an ongoing and multi-year contract done deal with CESCO, Inc! CESCO serves as a prime contractor to EFH in facilities management which includes onsite personnel to provide and support all Xerox multi-function and print devices as well as other OEM equipment. CESCO has been providing these products and services to EFH for over 10 years and has consistently brought innovative and sustainable ideas that have led to cost savings, year over year.
EFH renegotiated a new 3 year contract with CESCO in partnership with the EFH Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), CoreTrust, to continue providing cost saving, document/print management solutions. EFH introduced CESCO to CoreTrust, to allow CESCO to extend their products and services to over 100 additional CoreTrust members.
"CESCO's level of customer service, account management and advanced technology has been a clear differentiator for them in addition to the cost savings they deliver. This led to our decision to re-negotiate the contract for renewal rather going out for bids," states Rob Lidster, Chief Procurement Officer, EFH.
