Debbie Waggoner, president of Nodus, Inc. announces a done deal with fellow WBE, Your Pest Control. Nodus is providing an accountability training program for employees.
“I spoke at the WBCS luncheon on the topic of Creating an Accountability Culture. Dee Norris followed up and asked for more information about the training program and the impact it would have on their company and their employee's performance. From there, we agreed to schedule the training program,” says Waggoner.
Following the training program, Norris states, “Communication between employees has improved and they are already seeing progress in using the tools and information they learned. The format is very effective in engaging everyone to participate, learn and have fun too. We are looking forward to our next training in the Fall!”
