There are no refunds for nights that go unused/redeemed. Fees will apply if this package is transferred. This package expires 12 months from the event date and must be booked before then. Your check-in date must be within 18 months of the event date.

Essential Information Booking & Check-In: Optional upgrades available through our in-house full-service travel agency. A refundable deposit of $100.00 USD is required at registration. Fully refundable anytime if a travel booking is not completed or used as payment towards the industry taxes/fees at booking.

Recipient fees: Industry taxes/fees are $174.50 per person or $349.00 total. Once reservations are confirmed, a minimum $75.00/person service fee will be levied for any changes, cancellations, no shows. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents including but not limited to a passport and travel visas.

Delivery: Recipients should allow up to 30 days from the fundraising event date to receive their travel package Fulfillment Code. The Fulfillment Code allows access to the Points Of Travel fulfillment website and is valid for one year from the fundraising event date. Travelers must book this experience at least 90 days in advance but no more than 6 months in advance of use and must complete this experience within 12 months from the fundraising event date.
