The Entrepreneurial Spirit Fund by SIA Scotch
What: Starting July 13, 2021, eligible small business owners can apply to The Entrepreneurial Spirit Fund by SIA Scotch. Twenty-five recipients will each receive a $10,000 grant, plus mentorship with Carin Luna-Ostaseski, the founder of SIA Scotch Whisky and a first-generation Cuban American entrepreneur who overcame a myriad of challenges during her entrepreneurship journey. Apply and share how a grant would grow your business and help you achieve the unexpected. Application closes August 10th.

2021 CTPTAC VIRTUAL Match Making GPC
What: Federal, State, Local governments, and Prime Contractors will be available to meet one-on-one with small businesses at CTPTAC's 2021 VIRTUAL MatchMaking Government Procurement Conference. In addition to all-day, ten-minute matchmaking sessions, this event will offer live webinars, small business assistance provided by resource partners, and a Small Business video pitch contest! Small businesses, prepare your best visual presentation, slide show, and/or capability statement, and be prepared to introduce your company to the many agencies and organizations that are eager to meet you.

National Black Business Pitch
What: The National Black Business Pitch (NBBP) is a competition designed to connect Black-owned businesses to corporations who seek to expand and diversify their supply chain in new products and services. Through the National Black Business Pitch, we are seeking to do more than provide a seat at the table, but to open doors and build relationships that can lead to long-term and sustainable contracts. The ultimate goal is to create a Black business network that corporations can access and do business with.

What: The City of Grand Prairie is conducting a virtual outreach sessions to on how to conduct business with the City.
