Cathi Coan, Techway Services met Lorraine Brock, Get Organized! in 2012 at the WBCS Harvesting Partnerships event. Get Organized! works with organizing clients who often have stored, forgotten, or out-of-use technology of which to dispose. Techway Services has the ability to eradicate data, recycle, or sell the unwanted equipment for the client. This connection led to a referral service between the two companies, where Get Organized! receives a referral fee when clients use Techway services and Techway receives income from clients referred by Get Organized!.
