The Tuck-WBENC Executive Program brought to you by IBM, is an extensive, six-day executive development program taught by professors at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs). The program is designed to help WBEs beyond the startup phase to assess, improve, and grow their businesses. If you are ready to accelerate your business and dedicated to understanding a multifaceted approach to business operations and leadership, this program is for you!
Participants examine their businesses as case studies throughout the week and apply core business concepts through real-world applications.
Throughout the week, WBEs will:
- Evaluate overall business strategy in rapidly-changing markets
- Diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of operations
- Analyze a balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
- Develop an effective marketing strategy
- Improve ability to communicate a vision and inspire teams
- Strengthen your professional network through collaborative learning groups
Not only that, WBE attendees form a close network that will continue to provide a source of support, expertise, opportunities, and strategic alliances long after graduation.
The program will take place September 30 – October 5, 2018, at HNA Premier Conference Center in Palisades, New York.
To be eligible, you must be a WBENC-Certified WBE, the majority owner of your company, have a minimum of three years in operating a business, and maintain a minimum annual sales volume of $500,000.
