WBCS is thrilled to announce our newest initiative, NextGen! This initiative will provide unique networking opportunities, educational events, and group mentoring for those in the WBCS region. The NextGen program is designed to empower the next generation of women-owned businesses, WBEs, and professionals under the age of 45. All are welcome to attend NextGen events, and we hope to grow and reach more women entrepreneurs as we continue to create opportunities for women to thrive and succeed.
What is NextGen?
Based on the success of the WBENC NextGen initiative, we are launching a similar program in our region. The Women’s Business Council - Southwest NextGen is dedicated to nurturing and empowering Generation X, Millennial and Generation Z women business owners and entrepreneurs across the WBCS region. Throughout the year, the NextGen program provides targeted opportunities, education, and community building to help young women entrepreneurs and those who support them continue to grow and thrive.
Not certified?
No problem! Everyone is welcomed to attend our NextGen events, even those who are not yet certified. Through at least June 2021, all of our programs will be virtual so join us to take advantage of the programming, resources and opportunities that help women-owned businesses grow and succeed.
