Through the WBCS partnership with WiNGS, Dr. Rochelle Webb has been a dedicated volunteer at WiNGS (Women in Need of Generous Support), non-profit offering programs to help women lead a better life. With over 20 years of management and leadership experience having served in both public sector government and the for-profit private sector, including six years in federal, state and local business consulting, Rochelle is a committed, certified trainer, executive coach, and educational consultant dedicated to helping women achieve business ownership.
