With the recent recommendations from the CDC concerning coronavirus (COVID-19), WBCS headquarters are closed to outside visitors until after March 31, 2020. The Council is still open for business and all staff are working remotely to ensure their health, so please feel free to email or call staff if you have any questions.

2020 Bank of America Small & Diverse Business Education Fund Scholarship
The scholarship fund will award 50 scholarships of up to $10,000 each to business owners of qualified certified small and diverse businesses for targeted training and development to enhance their business.
