We are excited to announce the recipients of the 2019 Lillie Knox Investment Awards! The Lillie Knox Investment Award is a cash prize of up to $20,000, exclusively available to WBCS Women's Business Enterprises, to help further business growth.

Last year we introduced WBE led roundtables as a new Harvesting Partnerships feature. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive and we are excited to say they will be making a return at this year’s event.

Harvesting Partnerships is an annual half-day conference focused on top-tier educational programming. The event this year is on September 5 from 11 AM to 4:30 PM at the Courtyard Marriott Grapevine.

Jessica Gore had just recently been certified when she decided to apply for the WBENCPitch competition at this year’s Summit and Salute. And despite it being her first National WBENC event, she beat out almost 80 other WBEs, and was chosen as the runner up in the final round.

Dallas County recently launched a new electronic vendor registration system allowing vendors to register online with Dallas County and simultaneously become notified of contracting opportunities.
